I'm a retired guy who likes playing and singing and recording. I've been playing since I was 19 but work and kids tended to get in the way. Now I have more time and am really enjoying getting into music more. I have started to write my own stuff (about ten songs completed). I use Band-in-a-Box to create backing tracks to play and sing to. I love harmonising and playing with others of a similar level to me. Never gigged. I just want to find someone else who shares my tastes and can sing (that's important), maybe not brilliantly but can stay in key and harmonise with me. I don't read music but have picked up stuff about chords and the basics. I wouldn't call myself a lead guitarist but I noodle a bit. I love jazzier styles of music, but don't have the skills you need to play jazz well.

Please note, I'm LEFT-HANDED (unfortunately). A Telecaster style guitar, a Sigma mahogany acoustic/electric, a Godin Ultra hybrid acoustic/electric. Zoom MS50G multi-FX, Korg Pandora multi-FX, Boss Street 2 busking amp, Behrenger Xenix QX1002 mixer, Focusrite 2i2 interface, Rokit 7 monitors, Rode NT1 mic. I record via the Focusrite into my PC (Mac Mini with Logic Pro X)
