Hi! I'm a saxophone player who first picked up the alto back in 2011 playing for my primary school band. When I went to high school in 2015 I made the switch to baritone and have been loving it ever since.

Influences
Some of my biggest influences in my bari playing have been Ronnie Cuber, Denis DiBlasio, and James Carter. Cuber and DiBlasio's solos on Moanin' and Coconut Champagne respectively were what really pushed me to become a keen bari player (I actually had the opportunity to play Coconut Champagne in front of Denis back in a high school band competition - he even came up on stage and played it with me!) and James Carter's "The Real Quietstorm" album is my favourite jazz album of all time.

EQUIPMENT
I own a Yamaha alto saxophone and a Selmer baritone saxophone. I use Selmer hard rubber mouthpieces for each, but I also own a Berg Larsen metal mouthpiece for my bari.
