ABOUT

Looking for a drummer and/or bass player, preferably with some vocal ability to form a slow burner project that might meet up a couple of times a month in the first phase. Looking for tastefulness over chops - someone with a good ear and feel who will add depth and texture to my very mixed bag of originals, (perhaps some slightly skewed covers, so long as they steer well-clear of the Sweet Caroline zone). Not concerned about age so much as your personality with and without your instrument. I've played in bands and performed solo until paying bills and raising a family sent my music to the backburner for a while. In the meantime, I have kept playing and writing for when the time is right again. Keen to shape a couple of sets of music for occasional live performance and open to a recording project too. You will have live and/or recording experience and have the ability to swing with mood, tempo and genre changes, even within the same song. I'm laid back but serious about making some good music.
