ABOUT

I would like to meet a female singer/musician/songwriter to collaborate with. Preferably I would like to meet few hours or so on the weekend and collaborate.

I had a band in the late 90’s called Hazel Bionic. We had a clip played a few times on rage and local/independent radio play in Perth, Sydney and Brisbane. Then I moved to Ireland for ten years where I played many solo acoustic gigs, a few with a band in pubs and recorded a few albums. I was also an actor and did a lot of theatre in Ireland and some film/TV and theatre back in Australia. I played Brett Whiteley in the doco ‘Whiteley’ filmed here in Perth among other roles.

I’m always writing and putting together nice chords and melodies. I’m not interested in gigging at this stage, just writing, recording and putting up online and see what happens. It’s mainly to enjoy the process of making music. I can’t really sing and have always wanted to work with a singer. I come up with a variety of stuff from dirty punk rock guitar riffs, dreamy alternative to folky acoustic and country. I am open to anything that comes from the process and finding what works.
