I have a newly forming band of experienced players looking for a bassist. Current lineup is drums, guitar 1/backup vocals and lead vocal/guitar 2 (me) - we are generally mid 30s age bracket. We need a bassist! At the moment we are focusing our attention to mainly 90's songs in an MTV unplugged style - think of those fine raw performances from pearl jam, stone temple pilots, live, nirvana, etc - powerful rock music but done without too much distortion. Not sell-your-soul covers - quality carefully selected rock songs, played well, with a powerful but acoustic vibe due to acoustic rhythm guitar.
