Backlit is a band which merges the genres of hardcore, doom metal, post-metal and sludge to create a unique atmospheric amalgamation. We currently have a guitarist, bassist and drummer - we all lend vocals to the project. We are looking for our 4th part in a creative, intuitive and open minded guitarist who fits in with the ethos and vibe of the group.

Influences
I grew up in the Australian indie rock scene with my old man's band. I am heavily influenced by the Hydra Head Records / Deathwish Records / Neurot / Constellation scenes and similar. Hardcore / doom adjacent atmosphere heavy metal music.
