The format is keyboards, guitar and drumkit. One set is already to play and the sound is made up of originals, covers and improvised jams.
This would suit a more reactive player rather than someone who plays to charts all the time.
Females AND males welcome and the age is open but this would probably fit a 30+ player best.
Above all you must have a deep understanding of the connection between kick and bass line as well as the accents and subtleties that make up the groove.
There is definitely a time for each instrument to shine - including drums - but sometimes less notes are more powerful. There is quite a big demand for this sound now and the keyboards/guitar/drumkit format is unexpected.
