My name is Benjamin Redfern. I've been playing Bass Guitar for the past six years and have played relatively professionally for the past 2-3. I have played many different genres, originally focused on jazz standards, funk and rock; however I have been able to adapt and evolve my playing style to suit whatever the song requires of me. I've been told that I'm quite entertaining to watch due to the way I perform on stage (lots of movement and intensity), a result of my natural reaction to the music and the adrenaline of performing live.

This song was written by Travis Robinson and was recorded in 2011 by Studio 52 for the "Kool Skools" program. It features Travis on Keys, Clancy Bassett on drums, and myself on Bass Guitar. Neither Clancy nor myself had played the song before, and we didn't have a lot of time to work with, so this was more or less a demo version differing slightly from what the song would later become. Still aurally pleasing, though!
