Been playing guitar for 13 years. Started learning the oud (middle eastern lute) with triple ARIA award winner Joseph Tawadros in 2009. Have since played/recorded with jazz and world musicians such as Brett Hirst, Alister Spence, Chris Fields, Tony Lewis, Anna McDonald, Samir Maarbani, Jenny-Game Lopata, Martinez Akoustica. I also studied vocals with Darren Percival (The Voice 2011) at Macquarie University. I have a PhD in music through Macquarie University, which I finished in 2014.
