LOOKING FOR LEAD GUITARIST
Hey y'all!

My band is looking for a Lead Guitarist.
We are currently, myself (he/him) on bass, Stacey (she/her) on drums and Varaidzo (she/her) on rhythm guitar.
We’re all 25, so we’re looking for someone around our age (23—30yrs).
Our songs are probably a blend of rock, alt-rock & some pop. We have a hand-full on original songs that are either complete or need some fleshing out, and we're looking for a lead guitarist to help out with that!
We would love someone who also enjoys writing songs and coming up with new ideas, we have a very collaborative process and would love someone that would also enjoy this!
We rehearse weekly on Monday afternoons in Kensington at 1:30pm.
We mainly just make songs we enjoy playing together and want to play rad music with rad people. We think band prac is super fun and a really safe space, so we’d love to get someone on board who shares the same kinda energy. We’ve also become good friends (we met on this page too!), so would also love someone who we can really vibe with and come with us to trivia nights and gigs etc.
We are wanting to gig fairly soon, so we need someone who does want to genuinely commit to the band (and learn all the songs, it might take a bit of time but we will also help as much as possible brainstorming bass parts etc). Good communication is also really important to us, in band input and responding to band discussions.
Also — if you can sing, that’s a plus, but if you can’t, it doesn’t matter.
