Crash Landing was formed in 2012 and we have had various members over the years plus loads of professional practice / set design plus moderate stage experience. We seek 2 new guitarists to get the band out of hiatus (last guitarists moved interstate unfortunately) and begin to build new sets and a weekly practice regime. Writing originals is not out of the question either. We currently have an experienced Bass Guitarist / Lead Vocalist and a drummer with 40 years experience including high level classical training. We need some 6 strngers to get the band out of hiatus after our prior guitarists moved interstate about 2 years ago. We are dedicated - our lead works in online promotiobal work plus we have numerous charities we are affiliated with - getting gigs (once up to standard) will be no issue - but we need dedicated musicians willing to keep up a regular practice routine (weekly / fortnightly based on if gigs are coming up) and be confident working live gigs.

Influences
Very broad. We like to have a huge range of styles in our set lists. From Classic Rock (Stones / Creedence / Hendrix / Skynard / Marley a few examples), to Alternative 90's (Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, RHCP's, Grinspoon as examples) , to Funk & Blues (varying hits), plus out there stuff you wouldn't expect (Ween, Beck, Primus and more) . Other than Pop BS we want to play everything.

EQUIPMENT
We have all the Bass, drumming and Mic equiptment we need including speakers, amps and mixing tables. All new members would need is their own Amp and speaker (plus a bloody guitar obvioulsy lol!). We have everything else required as a performing band.
