ABOUT

National renowned artist with GMA (Taiwan's Grammy Award) nominations and ten years of
music production expertise. She had share the stage as guest performer at GMA award with
renown Singaporean singer JJ Lin, and had performed and recorded in renown Japanese
singer Misia's album. Accomplished at film score composition and production, she has
performed and recorded for more than 50 Asian films, and 300+ of pop songs among Greater
China area.
Her playing is highly regarded by global master luthier— René A. Morel and renowned
pianist and composer Kevin Kern.
With a Masters of Music Degree from The Juilliard School, Daphne Su has been the
concertmaster of Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra, University of Michigan Symphony
Orchestra, assistant concertmaster at the Pacific Music Festival and appointed violinist of
Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra. She has performed at Carnegie Hall of New York, Suntory
Hall of Tokyo, Alice Tully Hall and Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center, and et cetera.
In the recent years, Daphne Su has focused on international connection with cross-cultural
performances, film soundtrack compositions, music festival performances, and original music
creations that explore social relation and connection. With her keen ingenuity and delicate
emotions, she builds an interactive environment for her audience. She also integrates dance,
fashion and multimedia to elevate music into a language that connects different nations and
fill people's hearts with warmth.
