I'm a guitarist looking for a singer to play some raw blues/rock. Some covers to get started, but ultimately I have some ideas for original stuff. I have been offered an opening spot for a local blues guitarist which I'd love to take up but just have to face the fact that I can't sing and can't very well just play a 20 minute set of jamming out on the guitar.
At the moment I'm thinking of mostly acoustic blues music but have ideas to introduce some electric as well.

Influences
Any blues, classic rock and modern alternative/rock. I prefer my blues dirty and raw. Robert Johnson, John Lee Hooker, Howlin Wolf, Mississippi Fred McDowell etc.

Steel string Blueridge acoustic that really needs replacing (but certainly suffices)
