Dusty Kiss are a Gold Coast duo. Brigette is the lead singer and rhythm guitarist, and Toni is the bass player / producer. Since we formed a year ago, we have written and recorded more than 2 albums worth of original songs.
The songs could be described as a mixture of, indie-pop/country/blues, underpinned by radio friendly catchy hooks. We are looking for an experienced drummer to begin with, and we will add other musicians to the band as soon as practical, as to re:create the studio recordings live. Whilst we have played but a handful of gigs as Dusty Kiss, we both have played hundreds of Gigs in our respective countries of origin. Brigette South Africa / Toni UK

Influences

Brigette's vocal influences range from Roxette to Annie Lennox and Kate Bush...though both her singing and guitar playing have been described as fairly unique. Toni's main influence as a Bass player is James Jamerson, the legendary Motown session musician, others include Aston Family Man Barret of Bob Marley and the Wailers.
