Ekranoplan is currently two Newcastle/ Maitland-based musos (guitars, basses, keytars) looking to get a committed and excellent DRUMMER and VOCALIST/LEAD GUITARIST onboard!

We’ve got lots of original songs written and plenty of other ideas underway including a cover or two thrown in for good measure.

The sound and tone we're going for it alternative rock with plenty of groove, humour, a little bit heavy, a little bit mellow, a little bit funky, a little bit industrial, a little bit goth, some radio-friendliness, so quirkiness, atmospheric... We have way too many influences to list, as there just isn't much to music that we don't like!

We have our own pro-level studio for recording an EP, maybe even an album, and we want to get out there and gig ASAP!

Pro gear, reliable transport, good attitude, willingness to commit, good availability, drug-free, and generally all-around good blokes (we are, you be too!)
