ABOUT

Hi there! I'm a vocalist with a soft spot for the heavier side of prog, particularly when it meets Celtic melodies and trip-hop atmospheres. Think Jinjer and Portishead and Septic Flesh scoring Riverdance :) I play keys too (classically trained pianist in the past), though these days it's studio-only due to an old wrist injury.

I love creating and recording music more than performing live, though I wouldn't say no to live/studio jazz standards - anything from cozy duo settings to full band arrangements!

My day/night job is teaching singing, songwriting and production at Vox Academy (been in the industry for 25+ years now). When music is not happening, I'm probably knitting something weird or herding/squishing cats :)

**A bit about my schedule:**
I teach Monday to Wednesday (noon till late), Saturdays are packed with lessons, but Thursdays and Sundays are my creative days. Fridays are busy with online teaching. However, touring isn't an issue - my students are used to occasional schedule shuffling and look forward to new tales from backstage!

**What I'm hoping to find:**
I'm looking for experienced musicians who want to create original music in these genres: progressive metal, Celtic, groove metal, doom, black, gothic, synthwave/synthpop, darkwave, experimental, electronic - or jazz! (Sorry, but no punk, rock, covers or tributes at this time).

I also have a professional background in production, mixing, graphic design and copywriting, so I'm hoping to find people who, similarly, bring multiple skills to the table. At this point in my life, I'm really looking for my musical family - folks who are serious about their craft and ready to create something meaningful together.

If this resonates with you, I'd love to hear your music! Please share some links when you get in touch :)
