ABOUT

I just moved to Brissie and am looking to put together a band. I play rhythm and although I'm singing on the attached tracks, I'd rather someone else sing and I'll do backup.

I've written a bunch of stuff and recorded some tracks as a sort of proof of concept. Most of the tracks need at least some work, particularly lead guitar stuff which I'd like to leave to someone who can really listen to it all and put their own spin on it.

Sever and Howl both need some structural rewriting; Escape and Woods just need some of the lead stuff changed and polished; Moonlight (which is the intermission track) and Predator are pretty much there. That all said, I'm totally open to any new ideas on any of it. There was a 7th track, but I hate it now and so have written (but not recorded) a replacement.

I've also got a second album with some pretty developed ideas and other basically completed tracks. At this stage, I'd like to get a band together and work on this already recorded one, gig it a bit and then go back and rerecord a bunch of it. What I've done on the attached tracks is really just a first draft and I'm looking forward to fucking with it with a band to get their input.

To make this sort of music work, I reckon we'd need 2 rhythm guitars.
