Hi, I’m Felix and more than anything else in the world, I love pianos. I help other piano players find ways to speed up their progress in their own journeys.
As I said, I love pianos. Asides from a 6 month trip around Australia in 2005, I’ve spent a few hours every day for the last 33 years working on my craft and I’ve worked exclusively with pianos for the last 15 years, as a performer, teacher and in the musical instrument industry.
I’m predominantly self-taught and I’ve also had the privilege of studying under some of Australia’s best classical and jazz pianists, both privately and at university.
I’ve got a pretty diverse taste in music and have played classical, jazz, pop and everything in between. I’ve played in big bands, small bands, orchestra pits, solo and as an accompanist, so if you’re coming up against a roadblock in your piano journey, there’s a good chance I’ve had to overcome something similar in the past.
