Played 60's, 70's, 80's covers for many years in 3 person band - strong vocal harmony.
Played guitar in jazz duo/trio from 2000-present with vocalist and bass player.
I'm interested in playing jazz standards with a vocalist in a vocal/guitar duo setting primarily for each of us to get more practice & experience in that more challenging, exposed setting. A vocalist keen to build repertoire, confidence, new skills (scatting, creative intros/outros, trading bars) who might enjoy the simplicity but challenge of a single instrument backing.
