Have played both originals and covers. I like original and up tempo e.g. riffy rock or dancy funk. Unless I win the Lotto, I'm not giving up my day job... I'm not looking for a band for the foreseeable future. My job has ridiculous and unpredictable hours but pays well so that's life.

Influences
Going back "a bit": the Police, Blondie, Deep Purple.
More recently Foo Fighters, U2. I tend to like one or two songs from each band rather than be a fan of everything a particular band records.

Premier 4 piece accoustic kit with Pearl free floating shell snare. Hardware assorted brands / custom set up. Zildjian hats and crashes, Paiste china and Sabian ride.
Also Roland SPD30 electronic setup with two kick triggers and hats pedal.
