Hi all. I hope everyone is doing great.
I'm an aging metal head in my mid 40s who is slowly going gray. I'm looking for either an existing band to join or a few like minded souls to form one with. I love all kinds of metal from thrash and prog to djent and deathcore. But I have a particular fondness for folk metal.
As for my talents/experience, I've been playing guitar for about 35 years, but I have been focusing mostly on bass for about 4 years. I'm equally happy on either. I've also been known to dabble with Irish bouzouki, keyboards, and banjo from time to time.
In the past, I have worked with both amateur and professional bands and orchestras. I've been taking a hiatus from performances for the past couple of years, but I think I'd like to get back into it.
