I am in Sydney for 4 months on my gap year, and I am just looking to sing on an electronic or house track, or be a vocalist/guitarist in a band for a little while. I have been told that my voice resembles Lana del Rey's, since it has sort of a classic, soft feel but I have always been quite into punk music, so my voice can do both. Influences
Lana del Rey in terms of vocal style and lyrics, Avril Lavigne (only her 2001 album Let Go) for more experimental punk stuff, house artists like Meduza, Jax Jones, Disclosure, Tchami, some of Tiesto's older stuff. For alternative sounds I like Bright Eyes, Cage the Elephant, the 1975. I honestly like all genres of music, from punk to house to alternative (except for pop to be honest) so I am ready and totally willing to experiment with my vocals and try anything.
