ABOUT

Hey! My name is Håkon from Norway. And at the start of next year im moving to Australia with my girlfriend for a year.(or more)
Reasons im deciding to do this is to experience this part of the world and to open my horizon when it comes to my music interests and chase my dreams of being in a sick band touring as a frontman/vocalist. I've played in a metal band as a vocalist/rythm guitarist since 2009 with my childhood friends but we never took it serious enough to get anywhere. All my band members are living in different parts of Norway now which means we no longer play gigs. I have been producing alot of music for a while now and need a band who is willing to chase a future in the Metalcore rock scene or even just jam and play together for fun and give it a shot.
I have not decided where in Australia i will be moving to yet, But maybe finding a band somewhere will help me decide it.
Looking for likeminded people who loves the music and takes care of their physical/mental health. No tolerance for drugs, its all about the music and kicking ass on stage.

Influences

Avenged Sevenfold, Metallica, Parkway Drive, Pantera, System of a down, Five Finger Death Punch ,I prevail, Rage against the machine and A BUNCH more. I listen to everything from ballads to heavy metal.
Mostly interested in performing High energy metalcore.
My vocal style is mostly influenced by James Hetfield and M. Shadows. I enjoy very much doing rap/hard hitting lyrics.
My strongpoints are good cleans, hard delivery and good stage precence.
I am also a big fan of good ballads and singing harmonics with others.
