Hey there! Im looking for experienced female musicians ranged from 20 - 40yo around Hobart to join me in the epic quest of making an All female original rock band. im looking for a lead guitarist/vocalist and a bassist. Bonus points if we all sing, but its not a requirement.
The main goal will be to have fun and laughs and goodtimes! eventually once we feel confident and we have a setlist, we will do gigs. I have a hanful of songs/riffs written, ideally it would be great if everyone brought something to the table in terms of original stuff but its not required. I have a practice space we can use and Im aiming to have band practice at least once a week or more depending on how well we gel XD
A Little about myself
I have been playing music for 20+ years, mostly Guitar but currently im the drummer in an all female rock/pop cover band called Vixxin we have played at various gigs, just recently we played at the Taste Festival in Salamanca and opened for the Hoodoo Gurus which had a crowd of around 5,000.
