Melbourne-based Russian punk band the Horny Elks continue to blow
audiences away with their high-velocity, breakneck, in-your-face live
performances, and tight, mesmerising, hypnotic studio recordings.
The realest punk rockers deliver an eclectic mix of punk, rock and ska –
an electrifying blend of hardcore guitar riffs, listen-to-me lyrics and
unflinching brass that will blow your mind.
Horny Elks gigs give passionate punters a chance to break out the
vodka and party into the wee small hours, as the protagonists share
tales of villains becoming heroes, unrequited love and booze never
running dry.
The punk rockers push the boundaries with crafty compositions featuring
cartoonish characters that reflect the peculiarities of modern society.
Since the band formed in early 2019, it has become one of the leading
lights on Melbourne’s punk scene and trailblazed a path followed by a
growing number of diehard fans.
The Horny Elks are finalising a full album, planning national and
overseas tours, and ramping up their repertoire for another blistering
performance at a venue near you.
