I’m a drummer who’s decided to start playing again. I was formerly the drummer in Snout (a reasonable well-known Melbourne indie band of the 90s) and a few other bands before that. I recorded and toured in the 90s. Since then, I’ve occasionally jammed with folks and practiced on and off. I was recently in a cover band and that helped dust off the cobwebs.
I live in Flinders and would prefer a band that's on the Mornington Peninsula or nearby.
I can also bluff my way as a rhythm guitarist / keyboard player / percussionist.

Influences
I grew up listening to drummers. Mitch Mitchell, Keith Moon, John Bonham, Ringo Starr, Barriemore Barlow, Alan White, Jim Keltner, Steve Gadd, Stewart Copeland. Then I was influenced by those of my time (think Brit pop, grunge, etc). I am not too fussy about what we play, but I want to play with musicians who are better than I am.
