I am seeking a piano/keyboard player for a solid traditional Blues and Blues/Funk based act on the Sunshine Coast. I would like to cover some older traditional Blues material and add a mix of some funk based blues - Junior Wells, James Cotton, Luther Snake Boy Johnson etc..
Whilst I totally enjoy playing in a semi-pro band, I would really like to play a whole lot more than is possible with my current band.
My intention would be to play smaller music nights or brewery venues as well as small local festivals.
My background is Blues centric with decades of playing in Queensland outfits that include The Spirits Blues Band, Brother Goose, The Rockin' Rhythm Cats & The Summerland Band.
