I've been playing guitar since year 9 in highschool where I was completely committed to learning guitar on my own. I joined the music program at Bayside P-12 college in year 10 and was eventually taught a few techniques to my playing as well as a few dozen songs. I have a basic understanding of scales and an understanding of which chords to pick for chord progressions. In the past 6 or so months I have been less motivated to play as there haven't been many musicians in my area that I know who want to practice. I'm looking to play casually for fun.

Influences
I enjoy music from a wide range of genres but I haven't been strongly influenced by any players and I'm not skilled enough to employ "signature" styles in my playing.
