Hi there - I am a lead singer / rhythm guitar/harmonica front man - I have a gun Lead Guitar player and a cracking Drummer already. We are looking for Bass and Keys to complete the band. We are all in our late 40's and have loads of experience between us in many Sydney cover and original bands at a pro standard. We like to play Blues, Rock and Soul. Think: Zeppelin Hendrix, Cream, Clapton,Who, Doors, Eagles, Rolling Stones, Doobie Bros, Oz Rock and all that good stuff. We are all older now all have kids and commitments etc - but still have the desire and passion to rock properly at Gigs that are fun and that pay. Functions, Pubs and Parties. We have our own PA and we have a strict no ******** policy. We love to have a good time but never at the expense of the music! We are looking for around 2 gigs+ a month with an initial period of rehearsal to get the band firing properly first. We generally rehearse in Mona vale at a cool studio. Bass player: can you be the Blues, Acid rock and Soul groove that we need? Keys: Can you rock a Hammond sound? Some Blues, Honkytonk and Sweet electric piano? Being able to hit some backup vocals absolutely a bonus. Must have own gear gig ready and transport. Reliability and a can do positive attitude is also welcomed warmly. We are good guys and we like to rock Nuff said !
