I'm a 46 year old guy - new to my area but willing to travel if the right opportunity came up - looking for either a reasonably proficient guitarist with backing vocal ability or a band to first jam with and if we gel to eventually get a set list together and play some gigs with (Or join a group/person who is already doing that! I have played gigs alone, but prefer a partner in crime!). I am a guitar playing lead vocalist (I play mostly rhythm guitar as I love to sing with what I play, but can play some lead when/if required. I can also play keyboards if needed but am very rusty!) and I was part of a duo who gigged every weekend for many years in my late 20's and 30's and have basically been singing and playing instruments my whole life. I am beginning to miss being on stage performing....so, I would love to do that again and find someone who has that same craving! I love playing acoustic gigs, but also love the full sound you can get from a band and there's nothing that compares to playing a crowd either way. I really don't care what your influences may be, as I am happy to play and sing anything that is not rap or techno....yes, I am a child of the 80's as you will see from a couple of the bands I listed! But hey, I love Elvis too....so anything that you listen to or want to play is fine by me!
