- I've been playing for 30 years, but not really ever in a band
- I am a solid acoustic rhythm guitarist.
- I'm pretty handy playing rockabilly/ black country on a gretsch
- I can shred power chords on my Ibanez Iceman
- I'd really keen on playing in a non-serious Rockabilly-Blues-Funk-Surf type band as a rhythm guitar
- I could also envision a simple acoustic grunge/alternative/folk sound possibly with a violin for melody, maybe a percussionist.
- I tend to play songs by: Neil Young, Soundgarden, Alice, STP, Floyd, Radiohead, Bowie, Eels, Chisel, Led Zep, AC/DC, REM etc,... plus anything with a good rif (e.g., Rhianna, Fleetwood Mac)

I'm a fan of that strange place between genres e.g., that rockabilly-blues come surf/ country sound of Eilen Jewell, that Folky Metal sound of Led Zep, the latin-blues-??? sound of the doors.
