Versatile guitarist and vocalist seeking musicians to join my metal project. The band is called OTS (Of the Shadow) and we have a new album, Blood Crisis, which is in the final stages of mixing/mastering, aiming to release in April/May 2025. We've also shot 2 film clips, which will be released around the same time.
The project's influences include Meshuggah, Lamb of God, Rotting Christ, Tool, Parkway Drive, Smashing Pumpkins, to name a few.
The ultimate goal is to tour internationally in 2-3 week stints. We have experience in doing this in other metal projects, including sourcing funds via grant applications to help financially.
We currently comprise of 2 members and we need more (male or female) - primarily a drummer and bass player (and potentially another guitarist). If this resonates with you, then please get in touch.
I have a bachelor of music degree, majoring in digital music and studio production. I have experience playing guitar and bass in a standard band format (particularly in metal), as well as electronic music performance. I've also got experience composing for film and TV.
