Looking for a tight rythem section and possibly a lead guitarist to learn all our material and record, and start playing gigs / shows.

pixies, queens of the stone age, nirvana, foo fighters, rhcp, smashing pumpkins, kyuss, truck fighters, the brian jonestown massacre, the beach boys, arctic monkeys, masters of reality, black keys, eagles of death-metal, NIN, green day (early), blink 182 (early), joy division, lcd soundsystem, limp bizkit (early), lou reed, silverchair, the jesus and mary chain, VU, white stripes, violent femmes.....
on and on... listen to alot of varied music, and pull influences from basically anything i think sounds good.
EQUIPMENT
have a 4 piece set of natal maple drums that sound amazing. i was recording all types of bands and ep's with them in perth. great for studio and live use.
tonnes of guitars and pedals, have a gibson bass that sounds amazing.
a whole tonne of pre amps for recording, as well as a good collection of mics for studio use.
i have a studio space for recording and possibly rehearsal, although probably not for long periods and only at selected times.
have electronic drums as well, so learning songs and small rehearsals, as well as writing can be done at my studio. but full on band rehearsals for gigs would probably have to be done at a rehearsal space.
