Hi, my name is Kalen and I’m looking to join a band with likeminded young adults that want to make their own music and create a unique sound. I have been playing the drums since Grade 3 and have been heavily involved with school music programs up until I graduated high school. I played in anything and everything from rock band, to drumline, to jazz band and percussion ensemble. As a result, I can play almost any genre and have quite a bit of performance experience for someone my age. I am about to start my second year of engineering at UQ, but despite how busy this degree has been I’ve been keeping up my drumming and pushing myself to develop a personal sound and create a unique repertoire of grooves and fills.
