Having grown up in a family of musicians (primarily classically trained in Germany), I am very passionate about everything music related.
I have played the violin since I was 5 and am familiar with most music styles. I have extensively performed internationally – New Zealand, most of Europe, the UK and Russia with different bands, choirs and orchestras.
My most recent experience has been with the Brisbane Symphony and Philharmonic Orchestras and with a Klezmer folk band which explored the folk music of Eastern Europe. I also played French and Jewish music with an Accordionist.
I have won several awards/prizes in Germany (national, state and regional level) competitions as part of my music education/training (these awards were for chamber music with my two siblings, and also for playing solo).
I believe that I have good technique and a good feel for music.
