I have played in jazz Big Bands and small ensembles. My claim to fame is "playing on Broadway."...the Broadway hotel on Parramatta road. :)
My main focus is the tenor saxophone, but also doubled on the soprano sax.
I am keen to join a jazz ensemble, ideally in or around Berowra-Hornsby region. I played in big bands and small jazz ensembles for over a decade. I have been 'between gigs' the last decade due to a focus on my young children.
I am now seeking other local jazz musicians for a long term commitment to rehearsing and performing gigs.

Influences
John Coltrane, Wayne Shorter, as well as local musicians like Matt Keegan, Sandy Evans and Julien Wilson. I particularly like the music of the Sydney group 'Amphibious' with the tenor playing of Richard Maegraith.
