I'd love to start a band (again) for jazz and folk.. just moved back to Melbourne after 8 years in the Sonoran desert; am craving to sing and play, and enjoy the live music scene here.
Classically trained on piano and learning guitar now.
Would be happy with a duo / trio or bigger band.
Though most of my performing experience has been focused on jazz, bossa nova and a bit of folk, I would love to do harmonies either along the Americana / folk lines of First Aid Kit or Civil Wars, and get into blues Amy Winehouse style.
