I am an aspiring vocalist who is looking to meet other people who are interested in forming an alt rock/post-punk band of sorts inspired by the likes of The Strokes, Interpol, Franz Ferdinand etc;
I am completing the vocalist course at Sound of the Streets which involves both writing original songs, singing and recording.
I practice singing every day and have many ideas/musical concepts that would be greatly expanded upon via collaborating with people with a similar vision.
I'm mainly looking for people around my age bracket: 18 - 23
I love the New York Post-Punk revival of the early 2000s, especially artists such as Julian Casablancas and his various projects such as The Strokes, The Voidz etc; I've also been recently getting into prog metal and djent
