I have about 30 songs of folky and funky rock and pop tunes and material to and am looking for a band to bring it all together to record an album in a local studio or in Brisbane soon.
The recordings I uploaded is from drummer and me jamming with bass player and a little didge and are poor mixdowns, just an idea of the tunes only. I have a great female singer who is interested in being a lead singer and I will sing a little backing singing. I will upload some recording with her soon.
I am looking for a talented band to jam and record with me. I will include a few other tracks while recording soon. There will be mandolin rhythms also.
I have connections with some big music promoters like Michael Chugg and festival organisers in Sunshine Coast and Australia and am putting together a band to record a CD asap. I play open tuning guitar with a lot of driving rocky rythms for didge drones and also regular tuning with some great rock and folky pop songs and jazzy/funk sounds. I will add some tracks soon with further band members as they come. The first CD will have about half the songs with didge that you will hear in a couple of the music clips that I uploaded of recent jams.
Again, I am Looking for talented musos who likes the sound of the short recordings I added. They are just intro sounds for a few songs.
