Been playing guitar on and off since 1999. Used to play in an originals band back in university. Never did a paid gig. Just random parties.
Would really like to start a covers band with a strong repertoire of Top 40 pop-rock/pop-songs from the last years plus timeless classics.
Intention of targeting pubs and clubs initially with a view to corporate events, parties, and possibly weddings in the future.
Would ideally like to work with: 2 guitars, 1 bassist, male vocalist, female vocalist, keyboard/synth player and drummer. If someone can also play trumpet/sax as well that'd be awesome but I don't see there'd be much for a full-time brass section in a Top 40's cover band.
