Seeking drummer for well established extreme metal band Mother Eel.
Repertoire covers grindcore/death/stoner/doom/sludge/experimental.
We've ranged over our 20 year history from a 5 piece including a noise artist, to a 3 piece. With a new drummer, initially I would like to try as an intense, tight 2 piece (guitar through a split channel rig, and drums), then reintroduce our noise artist, and in time we'll have founding member Nathan back with us as well.
For the right person we can be flexible in terms of gig and rehearsal regularity but hoping for at least 3 gigs a year and a rehearsal once a month, beyond the initial stage of nailing a set worth of songs.
