I've been playing a long time but never really at a professional level. Never seem to get the time to dig deeper. I have played low level gigs (and sung in musicals) and plenty of blackboard sessions, parties but mostly small fry with a wide variety of people, mostly friends and family of various levels of proficiency. For me it's mostly about having a fun time and sharing the music. I still don't have much time:( but the will is there:)
