I'm Nick Lee and I've been playing guitar for nearly 3 years. I had no prior musical experience before I had a few guitar lessons at the end of Year 10 and then I decided to do VCE Music Performance for Year 11 and 12. I enjoyed learning the theory side as well as the practical and I recieved the East Gippsland School's Network Academic award for Oustanding Achievement in Music Performance. I also took part in the 2011 Sale Eisteddfod, Solo Acoustic Guitar section and came first place. I have performed in numerous places with the school's Jazz band and Senior band including twice at the Merimbula Jazz Festival which included improvising. I much prefer reading sheet music.
