I am a lead guitarist, vocalist and songwriter.
Played mostly in three piece bands, drums/bass/guitar and am comfortable playing rock, blues, fusion, ballads, acoustic, big rock ballads, hard rock, big ambient stuff, jazzy, cool stuff, anything that sounds good.
I enjoy working with a good rythym section and seeing how far we can take it. Would like to find a bass player with a sort of eighties style, as that was the best era for bass, and a drummer with precision timing and very much a current, modern attitude.
I have recorded a couple of albums and still get airplay in the USA.
I am a member of APRA and have seventy or more songs registered, supported Johnny Farnham, LRB and a few others.
Been working in covers bands but still writing and I want to put a new show together and do some work. I am very selective with my song writng and have more than enough songs to do a full "show". I have played most of these songs in a "live" situation and found them "well received" across all-age groups. I have faith in my song writing ability, I am always writing new songs. A good bass player and drummer can only add new dimensionns.
I use high end gear, a couple of custom made amps, some nice guitars, a few acoustics. I want to work with people with high end gear and musical ability, who want to achieve something,
