ABOUT

Wanting to back into a duo, trio, and or larger band again to play originals or covers. Over last 20 odd years I've played in only a couple of bands.
The main one being for about 4 years in central queensland back in the late 90's, a Trio country band shortly after that for about 18 months, with also doing studio work developing an album. Then the only other band was here on the sunshine coast for about 18 months before the band went their separate ways.
I've always kepted tinkering at home and jamming with friends to keep my love for the music alive. But with the view of hopefully getting back into the swing of things with gigging again.
I have mainly played around with generes like rock n roll (through all eras), blues, pop, funk. But I do like an array of genres though.
I can hold a note with singing, can be utilised with backup vocals and harmonising, and if need be, sing the ocassional song if needed to. I can play some lead, but I wouldn't call myself an outright lead guitarist. More so a rythm guitarist.
Would love to be apart of a band again, something I've never really lost the thirst for. Would also be very keen to work on developing original material as well.
