ABOUT

Hi everyone, COVID has delivered me one thing that has been amazing. Refinding my love and passion for the guitar.
After almost 20 years of only playing on the odd occasion (life takes over sometimes), I have been back in the studio practising every day. My playing is feeling like it's surpassed my peak!
I had studied Jazz Performance at college, had plenty of live and studio experience. Stylistically, in terms of playing, I love anything from funk (Sly, Marvin et la), grunge, blues rock, classics (Led Zeppelin, Hendrix and usual suspects here) to Electronic music.
Initially, I'm looking for some decent muso's that had/have been in a similar situation, where career and family overtook being able to play music.
If this means just regular jam sessions, I'm good with that, or if we manage to pull together a few songs and gig occasionally, I'm also good with that.
I live bayside, and would prefer to stick local.
