Non smoking, retired academic. I ran folk clubs in the UK and managed to break into the small time playing support to some big names on the folk scene. As much an entertainer as a musician I have become a little rusty and miss ensemble work. I enjoy acoustic music, jazz and folk. I play mainly solo classical pieces at home on the flute. I am looking for non-smoking people of a similar age to perform traditional, classical, light jazz, acoustic and acapella music. I really enjoy soul music but have zero experience of playing any ... some classic rock too. I have written more than a few songs and am a good lyricist.
