My name is Steve Cubis and I am a pianist, composer. I have played since a very young age where classical was where I was at originally.
As I compose, there is a huge deal of improvisation with a bluesie, modern and classical style. I recently did a few improv video recordings at Steinway in Hamburg and Steinway in New York as this was to be added to my port folio for as I have had a bit of interest sparked in some of my works. I also played a set for the Queen Victoria's 125th anniversary in Sydney on their grand that was attached to a PA system. Most of this hour set was improvised also!
