ABOUT

The Black Creek Band are rapidly emerging as one of South East Queenslands finest blues-rock bands. Over the past 18 month's The Black Creek Band have put together a solid covers repertoire featuring artists such as Albert King, Dr Feelgood, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Joe Bonamassa and Omar and the Howlers and are now concentrating their efforts into the Black Creek Bands collection of original material using the influence of previously mentioned artists as well as The Cadillac Three, Blues Saraceno, Gary Hoey. The music is a mix of swampy blues-rock blended with modern blues and classic rock. Their first original track "The Invitation" has been well received and The Black Creek Band are on track to release a 6 song EP soon.
