I have played with numerous bands in small venues as a solo guitarist and lead guitarist. I have several music projects some are rock and blues orientated while others are folk and world music orientated. My main loves are the Blues and World music.

Influences
I come from a line of family musicians, my father played bouzouki and was initially my main influence. He opened my eyes to 7/8 and 9/16th rhythms among many other Anatolian or Eastern sounds. It also exposed me to Celtic, Folk, Latin and many other similar musical styles. But in my teenage years I fell in love with the honesty of the Blues and the lyrics of those songs. John Lee Hooker, BB King, Muddy Waters, Eric Clapton, Albert Collins and a very large number of influences from the Chicago blues scene influenced my playing. In my late teens I experimented with AC/DC, Led Zeplin and Jimmy Hendrix and the Beatles type music. Finally, as an adult I focused purely on developing my own style and have since explored a blues style that I think is unique.

Only Me and the people I jam with on a regular basis but none are committed to taking it to the next level. So I am searching to put together a new band.
EQUIPMENT
I have my own guitar and amplifier. I don't normally use many effects other than reverb and delay and maybe some overdrive and distortion if needed.
